I have been seeing Doctor Hoffman for 14 years. He is the best G.P. ever! The staff is friendly. SFH is the best medical decision I have ever made.
Excellent, caring, professional doctors and staff. We were under Dr. Brad Andersen’s care for 8.5 years. We were very happy with our medical care they provided. We moved out of state is the only reason why they are no longer our Primary Care Physicians. I highly recommend using this medical group.
I moved here not knowing ANYBODY! I have some chronic health issues that I was seeing my previous dr for almost weekly. I was referred to Sound Family Health a couple months after I moved here, and since then, I’ve never looked back. Dr. Hoffman listens to every word I say and gives me answers. He also treats me like a person, not like some lowly little patient. We have conversations like I would with someone I hang out with. He uses terms I understand. I never leave confused or misinformed. His assistant, Ashley, is very easy to get ahold of via phone for questions or help. The wonderful lab ladies are so patient and gentle. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to draw my blood, and I hate needles/blood, but they were so understanding. They had me lay down and didn’t prick me more than three times. I’ve had nurses prick me over 11 times looking for a vein. They …
Dr. Mark Hoffman is my primary doctor. Since moving to Kitsap County 15 years ago. High praises for the personal care and the time taken to help me beat Diabetes Type-II. With the proper treatment from him, my AIC numbers have continued to drop to an acceptable level. Not to mention losing over 40 lbs. Thanks Dr. Mark!
I have been seeing Dr. Hoffman for over 10 years now and have been very happy. I switch to Sound Family Health because my other provider didn’t even remember me from visit to visit! I like the personal touch that SFH gives and the caring, friendly staff that they have. Our whole family has found a medical team that we trust and know well. I would recommend SFH for any family looking for personalized, caring, medical treatment.
I would like to say that Teresa Andersen has been my doctor for many years and the reason I stay with her is because she genuinely cares for her patients. She will do everything in her power to make sure you leave her office knowing why you went there and how to treat it. She takes time with her patients to chat a few mins and longer if she feels the need. I have had some times of depression due to all the health issues I have, and she has spent that extra few minutes to make you feel better and worthy of being alive. Her MA’s have always been as genuine and friendly as she is and also will do whatever it takes to help you feel better.I have seen Brad Andersen a few times and he is a wonderful person as well. I am very glad our insurance has allowed us to keep her as our family Dr. keep up the good work DR’s Andersen and staff.
